Universal Metering

There are many factors that influence the decision for water utilities to universally meter. Universal metering involves moving from a flat rate system of billing to a system of user pay. Neptune Technology Group pioneered the concept of universal metering in Canada and we have offered turnkey solutions to utilities across Canada since 1989.
