Neptune® My360™ Consumer Portal Supports Utility Customer Service and Water Conservation Efforts
TALLASEE, ALABAMA – June 7, 2023 – Utilities can further enhance customer service and operational efficiency while giving their customers more control over their water with the launch of the Neptune® My360™ consumer portal. This new web-based application from Neptune Technology Group (“Neptune”) allows utilities to provide their consumers with a convenient, proactive way to monitor water consumption at any time, on any internet-enabled device.
Neptune My360 is easily customizable to a utility’s own branding and allows utilities to get up and running quickly without the need for complex integrations. Neptune My360 enables the customer service team to resolve consumer inquiries faster and reduces call to resolution time by providing CSRs with the ability to view consumption data in the same format as consumers through an intuitive dashboard.
Through self-service access, users no longer have to wait for a bill to detect possible issues, which means less water lost and fewer high bill complaints. Users can set water thresholds and out-of-town alerts for greater peace of mind and easy-to-read charts and graphs help consumers see their water usage, saving both water and money.
