No Sooner Said than Done – Moving to Real-Time Communications and Operational Efficiencies with Neptune and Sedaru®
Indio Water Authority (IWA) worked with IDModeling to create Sedaru®, an interoperable software application that would provide real-time, interdepartmental communications so that IWA could bring functions such as SCADA, GIS, asset management, and AMR together to make better decisions faster. By sharing consumption data from its Neptune R900® System with other departments, it will reduce operating costs and customer service response times while supporting conservation initiatives.
