R900® Technology Serves Customers with True Monthly Reading and Billing – and More

Columbus Water Works (CWW) wanted to improve its customer service, which suffered from having to split 60 days’ billing equally because of manual meter reading that took as long as two months. By implementing Neptune’s R900® System, CWW reduced its meter reading cycle to 15 days, with a true monthly bill for all customers – and for the first time, it can read all meters in one month, completely in-house. It has also boosted customer service through data logging, sharing consumption data with customers to help them curb excessive usage and identify leaks before they impact bills.
