Tip #1: Error: Data Drive F is Not Available

Make sure memory card is securely in slot

Browse to the F: drive with My Computer.

If there are no files on the card, shut down the laptop.

Reload the routes onto the memory card from your computer.
Tip #2: Deep Cycling the Laptop Battery

If you receive the deep cycle battery message, you may continue your reading cycle. Click on OK to remove the message form the screen.

When you are finished with the cycle, follow the prompts of the deep cycle message.

The Deep Cycle process should be run every three to six months
Tip #3: Mobile Units Not Receiving Power

Make sure the power cord is securely attached to the base unit.

Make sure the power cord is securely plugged into the A/C Cigarette adapter.

Make sure the truck/vehicle is on.

In some cases, the A/C Cigarette adapter may not be functioning properly. Try another adapter in this vehicle or try another vehicle.
Tip #4: Laptop Will Not Power On

Make sure the unit is receiving power from either the battery, charger, or A/C Cigarette adapter

Try a hard boot. Hold down both mouse buttons for 30 seconds, and let go.
Tip #5: Readings Do Not Appear on Card
