Neptune offers two software solutions to effectively address the meter reading requirements of utilities both large and small, regardless of industry type.

 FieldNet is a highly flexible software package that combines the features needed for route control, meter reading, and automated service orders in one state-of-the-art package. FieldNet is designed for mid to large utility applications that require seamless integration into complex computing environments while maintaining the utility's unique operating procedures and objectives. 35 of the largest 100 electric utilities in the United States have selected FieldNet. Utilities such as First Energy, Consumers Energy, Allegheny Power, Northeast Utilities, and American Electric Power (AEP) are some of the utilities currently using FieldNet software. 

 Equinox is an off-the-shelf meter reading management software designed for those utilities with one million or fewer connected customers.  Currently Neptune supports more than 2,400 meter reading software systems in this segment.

Neptune's ARB^® Utility Management Systems™ suite of handheld and mobile reading systems is capable of reading R900-equipped water and gas meters as well as Hunt AirPoint-equipped electric meters, Itron R300 and legacy water, gas and electric ERT -equipped meters, providing real choice and a wide range of options for  utilities.
